As a key member of our sales organization, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the sale of our cloud-based data analytics solutions. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients as an information analytics informed authority, influencing long-term key direction for new and existing clients, and arenaflex Field Agents (FSRs) and Client Specialists (CEs). * Create and execute key account plans, including an enterprise plan across key industries, and focus on building accounts. * Help clients identify use cases suitable for arenaflex data and analytics solutions, articulating key solution differentiators and quantifiable business impacts. * Work with arenaflex Records and Technical teams to develop pipelines and provide expertise to create Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives with arenaflex Cloud Platform partners. * Align the business against targets and key outcomes to determine the state of the business for the domain precisely. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, business administration, data analytics). * 2+ years of experience in advancing analytics, data warehousing, or data management software. * Experience in working with architects or client-facing prompts to assemble business cases and accompanying plans for execution. * Experience with arranging, pitching, and sending an off-site sales system. * Experience with business and legal agreements with Acquisition, Legal, and Business groups. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with data analytics technology stack (e.g., Business Insight, Predictive Analytics, Hadoop/Flash Data Lakes, Columnar Data Warehouses, Data Streaming, ETL, and Data Governance). * Experience with market-leading Business Insight (BI) front-end, data analytics middleware, or back-end data warehouse advancements. * Familiarity with arenaflex Cloud Platform and data analytics contributions (e.g., BigQuery, Looker, Dataproc, Bar/Sub, etc.). * Ability to plan, pitch, and execute a start-to-finish sales and client change process tailored to data and analytics. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong business acumen and understanding of cloud-based data analytics solutions. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. * Proven sales and business development experience, with a track record of driving revenue growth and business expansion. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. * Familiarity with arenaflex Cloud Platform and data analytics solutions, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and applications. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
