As a key member of our data architecture team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based enterprise data models, data integration architectures, and data warehouses that support our business objectives. You'll work closely with data engineers, business stakeholders, and other team members to develop and maintain our data architecture, ensuring that it's scalable, secure, and aligned with our business needs. • *Key Responsibilities** • Develop and maintain a comprehensive description of our enterprise data models, including facts models, fact dictionaries, and technical metadata • Understand enterprise information needs and develop data models that meet those needs • Analyze and align our data models with other business models and systems • Define and maintain our data technology architecture, including data integration and data warehouse architectures • Collaborate with data engineers to develop and optimize data models and data pipelines • Participate in developing the Destiny Nation data architecture requirements, guidelines, and principles • Optimize query performance and ELT/ETL procedures, and enhance batch processes for real-time capabilities • Drive data platform architectural choices and development requirements • Build high-quality data pipelines using analytic solutions • *Essential Qualifications** • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Information Technology • At least 4 years of experience in data/analytics architecture, engineering design, configuration experience, and/or related field • At least 1 year of experience in domain-specific architecture • Experience developing cloud-based solutions • Knowledge of DevOps • At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace • At least 2 years of direct management, indirect management, and/or cross-functional team management • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within the country and internationally) • *Preferred Qualifications** • Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Information Technology • Experience with data modeling tools and technologies, such as ERwin, PowerDesigner, or Oracle Data Modeler • Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure • Experience with data integration tools and technologies, such as Informatica PowerCenter or Talend • Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools and technologies, such as Oracle Exadata or Microsoft SQL Server • *Benefits** • Company-paid life insurance • Medical, prescription drugs, dental, and vision coverage • Retirement savings plan – 401(k) • Employee stock purchase plan • Paid time off (PTO) • Holidays • Paid parental leave (PPL) • Transportation benefit plan • Employee store discount • Voluntary life & personal accident insurance • *What We Offer** At blithequark, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, diverse, and supportive of our employees' growth and development.
