As a Data Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and operationalizing data pipelines to drive business insights and inform strategic decisions. You'll work closely with our data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to develop and maintain data models, pipelines, and architectures that support our business goals. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and operationalize data pipelines to drive business insights and inform strategic decisions * Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to develop and maintain data models, pipelines, and architectures * Develop and maintain data warehouses, data lakes, and other data storage solutions * Design and implement data integration and ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter and IICS * Work with cloud-based technologies such as ADLS, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks to improve and accelerate data delivery * Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports using tools such as Tableau and Power BI * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data-related projects and initiatives * Develop and maintain documentation and standards for data engineering practices and processes * Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to junior engineers * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data engineering and analytics **Essential Qualifications** * 3+ years of experience designing and operationalizing data pipelines with large and complex datasets * 3+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and IICS * 3+ years of experience working with cloud-based technologies such as ADLS, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks * 3+ years of experience working with data integration and ETL processes * High-level SQL skills and strong understanding of database concepts and data modeling * Strong understanding of data storage solutions, including data warehouses, data lakes, and NoSQL databases * Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience executing data reconciliation strategies, including event/message-based integration (Kafka, Azure Event Hub) * Experience with Git and Azure DevOps * Experience conveying data solutions through agile software development processes * Openness to the retail business and experience working with retail data * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Experience working with SAP integration tools, including SAP BW and SAP HANA * Experience with UC4 Job Scheduler **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a leading global retailer and be part of a dynamic team * Collaborative and fast-paced work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technologies and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced data engineer looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
