Our Customer Listening Team, comprising experts from GSG, GABM, and GCS businesses, plays a crucial role in implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This involves designing and programming customer satisfaction surveys, which include 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. **The Senior Statistics Architect Role** We're seeking an experienced Senior Statistics Architect to drive the transformation and innovation of our Voice of the Customer methodology. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for assisting in the improvement and preservation of the new Voice of the Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the Survey and Dashboard Platform hosted on Qualtrics.
