About the Role We're seeking an experienced data entry and operations specialist to join our customer service and learning development team. This role will be responsible for managing data entry projects, developing learning content, and facilitating training programs for our customer service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data entry, learning development, and facilitation, with excellent communication and project management skills. Key Responsibilities Manage data entry projects, including outlining, documenting, and maintaining project scope, creating and tracking project plans, and developing trusting partnerships with outsourced call center partners. Develop learning content, including performing gap analysis, prioritizing training needs, and creating training curriculum and materials. Facilitate training programs, including delivering learning material in face-to-face and virtual environments, running train-the-trainer programs, and educating and developing call center leaders. Build and foster strong partnerships with regional customer service colleagues and be an effective voice of the local learning and development team. Collaborate with other business leaders and transform operational opportunities into learning and development opportunities. Essential Qualifications 3+ years of experience in data entry, learning development, and facilitation, with a focus on customer service and call center training. Experience designing and facilitating learning programs for various audiences, including call center agents, senior call center representatives, emerging leaders, and senior executive audiences. Strong project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with teams and stakeholders, communicate effectively, and attention to detail. Experience working in a fast-paced, outcomes-oriented, data-driven environment. Bachelor's degree in instructional design or a related field, with a master's degree a plus. Fluent in Portuguese and English, with Spanish a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a cross-cultural global environment. Experience with content/knowledge management. Experience designing training curriculum for service, retail, or call center managers/leaders. Experience with innovative facilitation tools.
