Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk at Blithequark, you will be responsible for studies, resolution, and records access correction to ensure that our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records align with our enrollment package records. You will work with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve problems from various regions within the company, identify and resolve errors from multiple reports, and reconcile eligibility among systems. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization. Key Responsibilities Conduct studies and analysis to identify discrepancies in eligibility records Resolve problems and errors from various reports and work queues Reconcile eligibility among systems to ensure accuracy and integrity Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop effective solutions Monitor and track records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures Essential Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in data entry, records analysis, or a related field Experience working in the healthcare industry or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project) Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills High School Diploma or equivalent required Preferred Qualifications Additional experience in data analysis or a related field Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements Skills and Competencies Attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Blithequark, we're committed to the growth and development of our team members.
