As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our production and artistic teams to ensure seamless communication, accurate data entry, and timely resolution of customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities Accumulate and organize all artwork, including character models, props, and area designs, for shipments to manufacturing facilities, ensuring accurate labeling, categorization, and packaging. Develop and maintain asset files, upload models to perception, and prepare documents for background painters and color designers. Standardize artwork files, including naming conventions, to ensure consistency and efficiency. Assist in the creation and maintenance of design lists, as needed, to support production teams. Take detailed notes during assigned meetings, conference calls, and animation launches, ensuring accurate communication and follow-up actions. Obtain Director's approval on artwork and provide necessary materials to artists, including reference materials and "same as" paintings. Conduct quality control checks on digital artwork, ensuring high standards and reporting any delays to production managers or supervisors. Assist in the archival of artwork once production is complete, ensuring organized and accessible storage. Provide suggestions for streamlining and improving pipelines, including ideas for re-use, workflow efficiencies, and flagging complexity issues. Support the preparation of materials for awards submissions and update production art boards, as required. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will possess: Excellent organizational, verbal, written, and social skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and PowerPoint.
