As an arenaflex IT team member, you'll have the opportunity to be part of our journey to make technology an upper hand for the organization. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Professional to join our IT Revenue Technology and Data Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you'll assist in providing PC programming development, business analysis, data analysis, or technical support for IT projects in Atlanta, GA or Minneapolis St. Paul, MN. You'll work on a variety of IT projects, including gathering requirements for development, design, and testing of choice systems or collaborating in the development, maintenance, upgrade, and support of our software applications or infrastructure conditions. Data analysis will be used to create performance dashboards and service level agreements with other products. **Responsibilities** * Assist in providing PC programming development, business analysis, data analysis, or technical support for IT projects in Atlanta, GA or Minneapolis St. Paul, MN * Work on a variety of IT projects, including gathering requirements for development, design, and testing of choice systems or collaborating in the development, maintenance, upgrade, and support of our software applications or infrastructure conditions * Use data analysis to create performance dashboards and service level agreements with other products * Assist in the development, maintenance, upgrade, and support of our software applications or infrastructure conditions * Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve technical issues * Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles * Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our software applications and infrastructure conditions * Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements * Assist in the development and maintenance of our data analytics and business intelligence tools * Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement new technologies and innovations **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field * 2+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or technical support * Strong logical, leadership, written, and verbal communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically * Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems * Experience with data analysis tools and technologies, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools * Experience with programming languages, such as Java, Python, and C++ * Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS and Azure * Experience with DevOps tools and technologies, such as Jenkins and Docker * Ability to work in a collaborative environment and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop and Spark * Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies * Experience with cloud-based data warehousing and business intelligence tools * Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, such as Tableau and Power BI * Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems * Experience with DevOps tools and technologies, such as Jenkins and Docker * Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS and Azure * Experience with data analysis tools and technologies, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $25/hour * Opportunity to work on a variety of IT projects and contribute to the development of our software applications and infrastructure conditions * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and talented individual who is passionate about technology and innovation, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
