Come and enhance both your personal and professional life, and get ready to take off! **Why you'll love this role** As the Chief of the Operations Strategic Alignment team, you will play a crucial part in collaborating with key stakeholders across arenaflex, as well as partnering with customer experience, finance, and innovation to bring alignment to our operations' needs, support our innovation system, and ensure we work together to achieve arenaflex's critical drives and objectives. The Administrator will be responsible for directly and indirectly leading individuals and teams, planning arenaflex's strategy for key initiatives, providing guidance and support to agree on key drives, recognizing and outlining issues and driving decisions across the organization. You will lead the Operations teams in their transition to the Item Model, which includes advancing short and long-term procedure planning, collaborating on key outcome improvement with attribution to portfolio objectives, and changing the way we interact with IT to achieve goals.
