Our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction has earned us a reputation as a leader in the retail industry. **About the Role** As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for the daily administration of our 401(k) plan and other benefits plans. You'll work closely with our senior leadership team and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Your expertise will be essential in identifying opportunities to improve and streamline our benefits administration processes, simplifying and streamlining our approaches, and assisting our associates in effectively understanding and engaging with their financial benefits. **Key Responsibilities** * Administer retirement plans, including the 401(k) plan, to assist our associates in achieving their long-term financial goals * Work with the senior leadership team and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations * Identify opportunities to improve and streamline benefits administration processes, simplifying and streamlining our approaches * Assist our associates in effectively understanding and engaging with their financial benefits * Manage third-party administrators (TPAs) by researching and benchmarking new TPAs and business partners * Provide analytical support and recommendations to senior management to make plan design decisions * Conduct on-site visits and audits to ensure service and financial goals are met according to contractual agreements * Maintain open lines of communication with TPAs, translating requirements to ensure correct interpretation and benefits administration * Provide education and training to TPAs, reviewing and approving third-party and supplemental plan communications * Manage digital eligibility files and discrepancies for all benefits plans to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations * Develop project plans and lead business customers through the project management system, determining wanted changes and report requirements * Ensure adoption of changes and report requirements, creating communication plans to announce project strategies to leadership, project team, and stakeholders * Work with the business unit and project team to determine project approval parameters and manage the approval process for project parameter adjustments **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, finance, or human resources * 2+ years of experience in benefits administration, compliance, or a related field * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and regulations * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership, external stakeholders, and TPAs * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines * Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and compliance * Familiarity with benefits administration software and systems, including 401(k) plans and other retirement plans **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a related field, such as business administration, finance, or human resources * 3+ years of experience in benefits administration, compliance, or a related field * Certification in benefits administration, compliance, or a related field (e.g., CEBS, CPC, or FSA) * Experience working with third-party administrators (TPAs) and external stakeholders * Familiarity with data analysis and statistical evaluation, including big data sets * Knowledge of 401(k) plans or other retirement plans **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and regulations * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership, external stakeholders, and TPAs * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines * Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and compliance * Familiarity with benefits administration software and systems, including 401(k) plans and other retirement plans * Data analysis and statistical evaluation skills, including big data sets * Knowledge of 401(k) plans or other retirement plans **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our associates grow and develop their careers.
