As a key member of our business development and operations team, you'll be responsible for managing our corporate travel management organizations (TMC) business, building key business relationships with TMC accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic decision-making and negotiation. If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for business development and operations, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Act as a knowledgeable authority for TMC business for arenaflex, utilizing your expertise to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability. * Build key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel experiences for arenaflex, identifying opportunities for growth and development. * With minimal guidance, exercise extensive judgment to manage pricing, cost analysis, and negotiations of all TMC agreements, with the goal of achieving the highest possible share of the market and yield. * Collaborate with legal and risk management teams to develop contract-official arrangements that drive business growth and minimize risk. * Analyze revenue, limits, and agreement performance to ensure objective consistency and profitability. * Build key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel experiences for arenaflex, identifying opportunities for growth and development. * Develop marketing-related initiatives to drive sales efforts, working closely with marketing and business development teams. * Manage the setup of TMC organization accounts through sales calls, arrangement negotiations, and coordination with pricing. * Plan business development and lead advancement of other organization accounts through collaboration with sales management teams to ensure exceptional performance is documented as needed and drive expected revenue per the terms of the agreement. * Monitor reporting and metrics to identify trends and develop a strategy to ensure the organization is positioned suitably in the market. * Monitor revenue, commissions, and agreement performance to ensure maximum income and sales objectives are achieved. * Successfully manage and allocate time and resources, maximizing revenue opportunities at the most cost-effective rate for arenaflex. * Prepare and execute local sales plans according to corporate sales targets and ensure arenaflex is strategically positioned among its competitors and utilizes its position in the market. **Work Experience, Education, and Skills** * Required: + 2 years of experience in outside sales, with a focus in the retail service industry or related field. + Four-year degree, or two additional years of relevant experience in lieu of this degree. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). + High school diploma or equivalent. + Must be eligible to work in the U.S. * Preferred: + Earlier airline experience. + Earlier exposure to and utilization of travel industry data reporting sources like Sabre and Amadeus. + Proficiency with CRM tool Salesforce. + Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive results to the greatest advantage of the organization. + Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with different teams and workgroups. + Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to conflicts caused by competing needs. **Why Join arenaflex?** * Competitive salary of $26/hour. * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. * Collaborative and supportive team culture. * Professional development and growth opportunities. * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for business development and operations, we want to hear from you.
