Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring data quality. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, such as playback problems, account issues, or content availability. Requirements: 4+ years of experience in customer support, call center, or data entry roles, preferably in the media or entertainment industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with subscribers and provide personalized support. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems efficiently. Proficient in data entry software and tools, with high accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve productivity goals. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment. Familiarity with streaming services, media, or entertainment industry. Multilingual skills or experience working with diverse customer bases. Certifications in customer support, data entry, or related fields.
