About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team at Walmart Worldwide Tech. As a key member of our data management team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our cloud-based data pipelines, ETL processes, and data sets to support our marketing efforts on Walmart.com and its subsidiaries. Key Responsibilities As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for: Designing and developing robust, adaptable data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and storing large volumes of data to support marketing efforts on Walmart.com and its subsidiaries. Working on cloud platforms like Azure and Google Cloud for data storage, processing, and analysis. Creating and deploying large-scale, containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes on public clouds like Google GCP and Microsoft Azure. Collaborating with other scrum teams, QA, Product, Program Management, and Partner Operations, while working with cross-functional project development teams. Participating in 24/7 on-call rotations to investigate production issues across cross-functional teams. What You'll Bring To be successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate: Demonstrated aptitude in data design principles, data set planning, ETL cycles, and data mining. Capability in working with data technologies including SQL, Python, Flash, Scala, Hadoop, and related tools and frameworks. Experience with ETL tools like Apache NiFi. Solid skills working with social databases (e.g., Sky blue SQL) and NoSQL data sets (e.g., Cassandra). Experience with continuous message processing using Apache Kafka. Experience in designing and implementing data models for effective capacity and recovery. A growth-oriented mindset and a willingness to raise the technical bar, as well as to identify potential opportunities for improving existing cycles, tools, and frameworks to achieve high scale and efficiency. Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes, and/or Distributed computing Services like Google GCP and Microsoft Azure, and/or Conveyed Storage Frameworks like Hive and Versatile Pursuit. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences. A strong sense of responsibility and ownership, self-discipline, and focus on high-quality expectations, and a team-oriented approach that values design thinking, efficiency, and growth.
