You will be responsible for identifying, resolving, and recovering from security breaches, while collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective security measures. This role offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in emergency management, threat assessment, and collaboration, setting you up for a successful and rewarding career in cybersecurity. **Key Responsibilities** - Work with business clients to conduct needs analysis related to systems and business processes to develop high-quality technical solutions. - Ensure solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business strategies, and departmental standards. - Manage project timelines for planning, coding, testing, and implementation to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget. - Act as a resource to facilitate effective communication between business and IT teams. - Participate in system and acceptance testing. - Scope of work may vary depending on the team project. **Essential Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required. - Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and threat mitigation standards, theories, and practices. - Experience or exposure to Proofpoint PhishAlarm preferred. - Experience or knowledge of ServiceNow Administration, Risk and Compliance (GRC) preferred. - Essential knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement is preferred. - Major understanding of project management systems, including the ability to design, manage, and maintain a complex, organization-wide program. - Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Basic knowledge of technical environment required. - Openness to Agile philosophies preferred. - Coursework or experience related to cybersecurity preferred. - Ability to remain organized and manage multiple and simultaneous tasks under tight deadlines. - Past investigator entry-level position experience within the past year preferred. - Experience resolving business issues in a capstone or case competition preferred. **Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex is committed to providing a work environment that is inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
