As a remote-friendly company, we empower our employees to work from anywhere in the USA, while maintaining a strong connection with our team and clients. **Key Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Planning and examining pay and financial record statements, combined statements, and other accounting proclamations and reports * Auditing and checking the accuracy of journal entries and accounting orders assigned to different records * Applying sound accounting standards and creating or suggesting accounting techniques and systems * Educating or allocating work to accountants, accounting agents, and other partners to participate in daily accounting exercises * Arranging accounting matters with different offices, areas, and divisions * Participating in financial reporting **Direct Supervisor/Direct Reports** This position typically reports to a Senior Director and has no immediate reports. **Travel Requirements** This role requires occasional travel under 10% of the time. **Working Conditions** This position is situated in a comfortable indoor area, with minimal exposure to unsavory circumstances.
