Our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion has earned us recognition as a leader in our industry, and we are proud to be a part of a community that shares our values. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Global Equity Management, you will be responsible for: * Performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans * Processing the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and inventory buy plan Matching proportion awards * Reviewing equity transaction activity, including transactions associated with stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and inventory buy plan activities, to ensure correct and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting * Researching, tracking, and responding to questions obtained from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders * Supporting fairness-based long-term incentive award distribution process and inventory buy plan enrollment activities * Producing ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations * Reviewing and maintaining equity management methods and documentation * Performing other equity plan management tasks as requested **Qualifications & Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience * At least 1 year of experience in inventory plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field * Experience working with multiple equity plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and inventory buy plans * Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly * Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), methods, and interrelationships of data transfers * Ability to investigate and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations * Strong attention to detail * Clear communication skills * Customer service focus **Skills & Competencies** To excel in this role, you will need to possess: * Data analysis skills * Accounting knowledge * Customer-focused approach * Incentive plan management experience * Payroll and tax expertise * Stock options and equity plan administration knowledge * Cross-functional teamwork skills * Detail-oriented approach **Career Growth Opportunities & Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
