Our team is passionate about innovation, and we are always looking for talented individuals who share our values and are eager to make a difference. **Responsibilities:** As a Consultant, Global Equity, you will be responsible for: * Performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans * Processing the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and inventory buy plan matching proportion awards * Reviewing equity transaction activity, including transactions associated with stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and inventory buy plan activities, to ensure correct and timely processing, settlement, and reporting * Researching, tracking, and responding to questions obtained from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders * Supporting fairness-based long-term incentive award distribution and inventory buy plan enrollment activities * Producing ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations * Reviewing and maintaining equity management methods and documentation * Performing other equity plan management tasks as requested **Qualifications & Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred * At least 1 year of experience in inventory plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field preferred * Experience working with multiple equity plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and inventory buy plans, is preferred * Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly * Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), methods, and interrelationships of data transfers * Ability to investigate and convert findings into actionable recommendations * Functional skills: + Strong attention to detail + Clear communication + Data analysis + Customer-focused **What We Offer:** * Be part of a diverse and inclusive team of professionals * Work in a global environment with daily interaction with people from different countries, functions, and cultures * Opportunities for career growth and development * Competitive compensation and benefits package * Total Rewards program, which includes base pay, incentives, and benefits * Wellness programs, including mindfulness apps, mental health support, and financial education and learning resources * Inclusive lifestyle and versatility to experience and be your best **Work Environment & Culture:** At blithequark, we value our employees and strive to create a workplace that is welcoming and inclusive for all.
