We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and promoting healthy lifestyles through our various services and products. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for executing medical services methodologies and driving patient care results. You will work closely with our clinical teams to ensure the consistency of clinical pharmacy services and execute against distinguished partner-established pharmacy programs. Your primary focus will be on driving pharmacy financial performance by executing on pharmacy projects to boost reimbursements while improving patient care results. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute direct patient care programs, including but not limited to, Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects. * Drive consistency and continuous quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and re-planning processes; monitoring and evaluating results; and implementing changes. * Ensure region pharmacies comply with regulatory compliance, standard operating systems, and FDA guidelines. * Drive local pharmacy financial performance by aligning business systems to organization financial objectives. Execute and implement patient intervention pharmacy projects to boost financial performance. * Support efforts to improve patient experience by focusing on healthcare services (e.g., patient counseling, medication management, drug treatment audits, and retail, clinical, or wellness services, such as vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs). * Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leadership. Support staff training experiences and advancement opportunities. Foster collaboration and inspire pharmacy staff by cultivating a shared vision and supporting organization strategies, systems, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. * Conduct data and clinical audits and make vital decisions to ensure accuracy and propriety of medications. * Review patient records and profiles to ensure appropriate and safe medication treatment. Provide individualized patient/provider discussion. * Utilize exceptional interpersonal skills to win the trust of patients by listening to their concerns and providing a sounding board for pharmacy issues. * Provide feedback regarding the effectiveness of the Client Maintenance Program, including comments from patients as the value of individual consultations. * Be accountable for all inquiries, discussions, and responses that relate directly to patient treatment. * Provide clinical guidance and information to patients, physicians, and payers as necessary. * Perform other work consistent with the job duties in this record as assigned by management. * Observe rules and procedures for all job duties to meet objectives. Comply with organization policies and procedures, including all HIPAA rules/guidelines. * Ensure compliance with government, state, and local pharmacy regulations. **Essential Capabilities** * Current pharmacist license as granted by the relevant state licensing authority. * Experience motivating colleagues to research and resolve issues. * Experience working with confidential information. * Ability to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends. * Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing/scheduling and tracking details and meeting time constraints of various tasks with fluctuating completion dates. * Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal supervision, relying on oneself to complete goals and determining when escalating issues is necessary. * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessing customer satisfaction. * Ability to travel up to 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state). **Preferred Capabilities** * Readiness to acquire other state pharmacy licenses if necessary. * Knowledge of payers. * Knowledge of PC operating systems, including Radius, Commitment, and Plus. * Essential level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, selecting font and size, formatting cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save capabilities, adjusting text, selecting cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a sheet, selecting a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, selecting page orientation, using spell check or printing worksheets). * Essential level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, modifying, saving, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, expanding outline level, adding, focusing, and modifying text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing slide view or running a slide show). * Essential level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, pasting, and adjusting text, selecting font type and size, changing margins and section width, formatting, inserting images, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review sheet or printing capabilities). **Benefits of Working at arenaflex** * Health Care Benefits: arenaflex generally offers health care benefits, such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, to eligible employees.
