As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying data accurately, as well as providing specialized support to clients and resolving technical issues. This is an excellent opportunity to work from home, enjoy a competitive salary of $260/day, and be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and collaboration. **Key Responsibilities** * Enter, update, and verify data accurately to ensure the integrity of our network framework and IT infrastructure * Provide specialized support to clients, including troubleshooting technical issues and resolving problems related to software and hardware * Conduct site visits to investigate issues and introduce or update equipment and software as needed * Communicate with clients by telephone to discuss issues and concerns, and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner * Conduct follow-up calls to confirm that issues have been resolved to the client's satisfaction * Complete service orders to ensure that issues are resolved quickly and efficiently * Collaborate with other team members to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in data entry and technical support * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows (client/server) and other operating systems * Experience with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Apparition, Symantec, and other remote desktop applications * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with dynamic catalog and other internet browsers * Knowledge of SPLUS, ETPS2, and E2K and other project management software * Experience with email and other communication platforms * Certification in technical support or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical skills, including knowledge of software and hardware * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
