Our team is made up of talented individuals who share a common goal: to make a difference in the lives of our customers. **Key Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Managing and maintaining our Real-time CDP and Adobe Experience Platform to meet the commercial business needs of arenaflex. * Supporting new development, configuration, and maintenance on the platform. * Providing technical guidance and support to internal teams regarding the segment-building and RT-CDP platform. * Troubleshooting technical issues related to the platform and implementing solutions. * Collaborating with IT and special teams to align on tech requirements and implementations. * Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices related to Adobe Experience Platform. * Conducting daily audits to ensure maximum notable use of the platform. * Leading education sessions to up-skill internal teams on the effective use of the platform. * Collaborating with Adobe Support and Consulting teams to coordinate product improvements and workarounds. **What You Need to Succeed** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 3+ years of experience related to technical data manipulation & marketing solution experience. * Strong technical skills, specifically with Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent. * Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues. * Excellent verbal communication skills, capable of conveying technical ideas to non-technical audiences. * Strong analytical skills. * Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal information. * Embraces diverse perspectives, thinking, and styles. * Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. * Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States. **What Will Give You a Competitive Edge** To take your career to the next level, consider the following: * Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. * Experience with Customer Data structures, including Adobe Experience Platform or similar structures like Salesforce C360 or Segment. * Proven track record of effectively managing and implementing complex business-grade structures. * In-depth knowledge of data governance and data manipulation best practices. * Prior experience in a large-scale e-commerce or digital industrial business environment, ideally with a focus on customer journey optimization. **Benefits and Perks to Help You Keep Climbing** At arenaflex, we believe in sharing success with our employees.
