Your primary responsibilities will include: * Creating and managing class programs, selecting and deselecting participants in educational courses * Selecting participants in electronic evaluation systems, tracking participation, and program fulfillment, and sending update messages as necessary * Creating mail merge messages for course scheduling endeavors and assisting with participant reporting requirements * Working with room arrangements for on-the-spot and offsite learning sessions * Additionally, you may be required to assist the Learning and Development team with administrative tasks **Key Responsibilities:** * Controls AO Instructor Endorsements within the Departure LMS Application * Inputs scheduled classes into the Learning Association Framework for the Division * Screens class determinations and assists with enrollments and completions * Helps with the testing of Learning Association e-learning modules as needed * Genuine tasks – Schedules and runs reports, tracks efforts, and other ad-hoc tasks **Requirements** While we value diverse experiences and perspectives, we're looking for individuals who possess the following essential skills and qualifications: * Long-term certification or vague work experience * At least 1 year of experience in learning management systems * Openness to learning management systems * Proficiency in using Microsoft Office * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Solid preparation and real-world experience * Ability to provide solutions and offer recommendations at a basic level * Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship * Convincing satisfaction of interview expectations to meet work requirements * Solid, reliable attendance is a critical requirement of the position **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following skills and qualifications will be advantageous: * Foundation LMS experience * Familiarity with arenaflex Learning Frameworks, experience with the Association Now application **USA Job Market Trends** The US job market is constantly evolving, and several trends are shaping the way we work and live.
