Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Gaining knowledge of RxClaim and participating in enterprise requirement determinations, checking out and documentation for Clinical Adjudication tasks, and collaborating to discover the root reason for override issues. Working on multiple tasks or projects associated with Prior Authorizations (PAs), ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables. Supporting CAPAS carrier catalog offerings and incorporating progressive enhancements into all elements of the CAPAS operations. Assisting with the implementation of patron PA documents during the Clinical overview part of the member statistics transition process. Demonstrating blithequark's core values, including collaboration and accountability, to drive alignment and encourage change in a matrixed environment. Assuming a strategic approach, following validated reasoning and good judgment for CAPAS-associated tasks and projects, and articulating risks or concerns effectively. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should possess: 1-2 years of analytical experience working with large data sets for projects or trending/possibility identification. A strong, effective attitude and the ability to work independently. Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills, with the ability to articulate complex/technical ideas to non-technical/lay users. Preferred Qualifications Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable: RxClaim experience, particularly in adjudication related to PA overrides. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to run queries in RxClaim or Data Warehouse. Experience using MS Access database.
