Typing and Data Verification: Typing in data provided directly from customers, verifying data by comparing it to source documents, and updating existing data. Spreadsheet Management: Creating spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes, and performing regular backups to ensure data preservation. Data Retrieval and Organization: Retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested, sorting and organizing paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost. Data Integrity and Security: Ensuring data integrity and security through careful data verification, organization, and maintenance. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful as a Work from Home Data Entry Specialist at Blithequark, you will need: Essential Qualifications: Proven Experience: Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position, with a strong understanding of data entry principles and practices. Typing Skills: Fast typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute, and knowledge of touch typing system.
