This will involve working with automated data feeds and manual data entry to guarantee the delivery of precise, up-to-date, and engaging sports information. You will also play a key role in helping to transform data into compelling stories, using your analytical skills to identify key trends and insights that will captivate our audiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of sports information across all arenaflex platforms, including television broadcasts, digital media, and social channels * Work with automated data feeds and manual data entry to guarantee the delivery of precise, up-to-date, and engaging sports information * Create and maintain a comprehensive understanding of arenaflex's role in fueling our digital and television products * Conduct thorough reviews of your own work and that of others, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail * Contribute to the development of new products, initiatives, and drives across the newsroom, working closely with newsroom leaders to coordinate full-time and part-time staff * Identify potential issues and propose solutions, communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders * Play a proactive role in working with colleagues to develop or refine production processes * Participate actively in team and office meetings * Seek and respond to feedback on personal performance * Stay up-to-date with current office policies and procedures **Required Capabilities** * Working knowledge of sports teams, players, and game rules * Full-time availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Ability to quickly learn production processes that produce or maintain sports information for arenaflex's digital and television products * Capacity to achieve a high level of content accuracy in time-sensitive production environments * Ability to communicate confidently, both verbally and in writing, with production managers and colleagues about production issues and opportunities, often in the midst of a busy newsroom **Preferred Capabilities** * 1+ years of experience in sports or data analysis, ideally in media * Knowledge of how sports information is used in media and for research purposes * Working knowledge of arenaflex products and productions * Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Office tools * Experience leading or training a team * Ability to speak and write Spanish * Experience using social media in a business or news context **Required Education** * High school diploma or equivalent **Preferred Education** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent **Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex is a dynamic and innovative company that values creativity, collaboration, and a passion for storytelling.
