As a key member of our data team, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale data systems, as well as providing exceptional customer support. If you have a passion for data analysis, a strong understanding of data engineering principles, and excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities:** * Recognize potential solutions to address business issues through analytics, large data analytics, and automation. * Develop and maintain business cases and proposals, as well as communicate project actions and tasks assigned. * Analyze source system data to determine data relationships, schema development, consistency, and quality, and integrate data into existing actual data models. * Define social tables, primary and foreign keys, and storage methods to create a data model design. * Demonstrate expertise in applying data engineering principles to the development, execution, and improvement of activity plans, providing expert guidance and direction to others in the use of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs. * Provide data arrangements that are accurate, reliable, and easy to access for end-users. * Maintain data quality and data integrity of the data in association with data engineers and stage leads. * Provide precise effort appraisals and delivery plans for projects and initiatives, claims, and backs projects start to finish. * Proactively convey status, issues, and risks to management. * Collaborate and work with teams across the organization to understand their needs in analytics and create dashboards and reporting to support business capabilities. * Create cycles, best practices, execute projects, and guarantees business needs are being met. Investigates business and production issues. * Willingness and ability to learn and apply new technologies rapidly. **What You'll Bring:** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in software engineering or any engineering discipline, statistics, or information systems. * 5+ years of active experience working with large, complex, and diverse datasets in enterprise-scale data warehousing or data engineering conditions. * 5 years of experience in designing, implementing ETL/ELT pipelines to convey data with quality.
