Job Summary We're seeking an experienced full stack data product manager to at blithequark. As a data product manager, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the company's long-term and short-term vital objectives. You will have a demonstrated background in finance, data modeling, data management, data governance, and data integration practices, empowering you to lead teams in delivering top-quality, performant, and powerful data solutions. Key Responsibilities * Be hands-on with the delivery of data modeling, plan, and data contracts creation * Coordinate projects and partner commitment to enable the delivery of data products that are discoverable, easy to understand, and align with strict Administration, Risk, and Compliance guidelines * Maintain sound commitment with partners to ensure solutions are correctly measured and decisively adjusted to the overall data strategy * Work with key partners to develop data product strategies that align with financial objectives and targets * Analyze and manage gap analysis for the management of financial data structure from various sources into a modernized platform * Create and follow through on schedules, budgets, acceptance criteria, and service levels Essential Qualifications * 5+ years of experience delivering data solutions, including directly leading design assets and studios * Experience in data product management, with a focus on financial products or solutions * Strong data modeling design and documentation skills following the full delivery life cycle of business engagement through to accurate, legal, and actual data design and project delivery; supporting specialty units data, business intelligence, and artificial intelligence/ML needs * Deep technical expertise in data, platforms, and tools — including AWS, Snowflake, dbt, and infrastructure as-code (Terraform/CDK) * Experience with streaming data processing concepts including cluster and real-time in-the-moment understanding creation and distribution * Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to interact and influence across the organization, including executives * Construct a strong portfolio of best practices and standards in data and design * Deep technical expertise on data design delivery practices, able to address skills and cycles to different levels of the organization * Experience working in the hospitality, travel, or media industry Preferred Qualifications * Graduate degree and/or equivalent work experience Compensation and Benefits The base salary will be competitive and may vary based on the candidate's geographic location, work-related information, skills, and experience among other factors.
