As a Key Information Researcher in our team, you'll play a critical role in helping us develop and refine our AI models, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. **About the Role** As a Full Stack Data Researcher, you'll work closely with our internal partners to design, develop, and deploy AI models that drive business outcomes and create unforgettable experiences for our visitors. You'll be responsible for leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to identify areas where machine learning can be applied to solve business problems. Your expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and software development will enable you to drive innovation, validate ideas, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet our business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy AI models that drive business outcomes and create exceptional customer experiences * Lead and work with cross-functional teams to identify areas where machine learning can be applied to solve business problems * Develop and maintain functional support and upkeep of ML-related products and services delivered by the team * Build standard techniques used in everyday tasks and work with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space * Productionize ML models in predictive analytics, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and other areas, and assess their performance on real-world datasets * Collaborate with other teams to achieve goals in improving system performance and coordinate with existing software practices that produce efficient code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews * Develop and maintain data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes to support business intelligence and data-driven decision-making **Required Capabilities and Abilities** * 2+ years of experience in Python and predictive modeling, including TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and other relevant libraries * 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP * Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Agile software development methodologies * Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field * 2+ years of experience with data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes * Experience with version control systems like GitHub and GitLab, model operations, and CI/CD pipelines * Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions * Strong systems integration engineering skills, with the ability to transform new technologies into business solutions **Preferred Capabilities** * Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like GCP or AWS * Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence * Experience with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines * Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment * Experience with data representation and data validation tools like Splunk, Plotly, and Tableau * Experience with audio analysis and text analysis **Education** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field * Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (desired) **What We Offer** * A dynamic and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and creativity * Opportunities for career growth and professional development in a rapidly evolving industry * A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off * A competitive salary and bonus structure, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses * A fun and inclusive company culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and talented data professional who is passionate about innovation and customer service, we want to hear from you!
