Key Responsibilities Develops and executes strategic plans for assigned regions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals. Leads teams assigned to projects, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure successful project outcomes. Designs, creates, and implements strategies, processes, and frameworks to integrate and analyze diverse data sets, including structured and unstructured data. Serves as a subject matter expert and may act as a point of escalation, providing deep expertise and resolving complex issues. Proactively identifies and resolves issues, including timely resolution and identification of remediation opportunities. Develops software programs, algorithms, dashboards, data tools, and queries to clean, model, integrate, and evaluate datasets. Stay up-to-date with new scientific methods and technologies, applying them to drive business solutions and innovation. Collaborates with functional specialty units to drive business solutions and direction. Establishes credibility with partners, managing expectations and ensuring regular, consistent, and effective communication. May develop and manage budgets for assigned regions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals. Fosters a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation and calculated risk-taking to drive business growth. Essential Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, computational, or technical discipline. Experience At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in a work environment. At least 2 years of direct management, indirect leadership, and/or cross-functional team leadership experience. Skills and Competencies Profound knowledge of SQL and experience with analysis and statistical software like Python, R, Hadoop, SAS, SPSS, and others. Experience establishing and maintaining key relationships with internal and external partners to drive business solutions. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Preferred Qualifications Education Advanced degree in a quantitative, computational, or technical discipline. Experience Experience communicating at the executive level.
