Join Our Team at blithequark We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our Cloud Innovations Application Platform (AP) team. As a key member of our AI and Machine Learning group, you'll play a critical role in designing and executing our AI strategy to take our engineer experience platform to the next level and accelerate application development within blithequark. You'll collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and apply advanced algorithms to large-scale data to drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities As a Full Stack Data Scientist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for: Designing and executing AI strategies to enhance our engineer experience platform and accelerate application development Collaborating with AI engineers, programmers, and other data scientists to develop and deploy AI-powered solutions Applying advanced machine learning algorithms to large-scale data to drive business outcomes Ensuring data quality through analysis, modeling, and data visualization Picking and calibrating machine learning models to achieve optimal predictive performance Communicating complex AI model capabilities to non-technical stakeholders Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: 2+ years of experience in the software industry, with a focus on machine learning Proficiency in quantitative programming languages, such as Python, R, and SQL, with experience working with distributed storage systems like S3, Flash, and Vector Database Experience with model selection and hyperparameter tuning for predictive modeling Strong understanding of advanced AI (ML) concepts, including deep learning, statistics, and natural language processing Experience with transformer architecture, vector embeddings, and applying models to solve business problems Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus: Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and application development What We Offer As a Full Stack Data Scientist at blithequark, you'll enjoy: A competitive salary of $25/hour A dynamic and collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth and professional development A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options and flexible hours Access to cutting-edge technologies and tools, including cloud-based platforms and AI frameworks Opportunities to work on high-impact projects and contribute to the development of innovative products and experiences How to Apply If you're a motivated and talented data scientist with a passion for AI and machine learning, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
