Responsibilities Support the streaming business with AI and statistical modeling focused on understanding and predicting subscriber behavior, such as churn, upgrade/downgrade, price responsiveness, customer segmentation, survival analysis, experiment design and analysis, and causal inference. Develop and implement innovative AI strategies to address key business questions while identifying new areas to explore. Drive experimentation to evaluate the effects of your models and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and improve platform capabilities around data modeling, data visualization, experimentation, and data design. Present recommendations to senior executives and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to identify business problems, develop solutions, and implement data-driven strategies. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, Physics, Econometrics, or Statistics. 3+ years of experience in designing, building, and evaluating practical AI solutions. Strong coding skills in one or more data programming languages, such as Python/R, with experience in scientific libraries like Numpy, Pandas, or equivalent libraries. Proficient in analyzing data and developing ML models using Python (with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, scikit-learn, etc.). Solid foundation in statistical modeling , including regression, classification, time series forecasting, causal inference, and other techniques. Experience developing interpretable mathematical models and solving complex quantitative problems that can be understood by non-technical stakeholders. Ability to extract insights and make recommendations from data to inform model development and business decisions. Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets. Preferred Qualifications Postgraduate education in a quantitative field. Excellent analytical skills and advanced knowledge of statistical techniques. Proven ability to select the right statistical tools for a given data analysis problem. Experience with data platforms and applications like Databricks, Jupyter, Snowflake, Windchill, GitHub. Familiarity with A/B testing and other experiment types. Experience with distributed data technologies (Hive, Spark). Knowledge of NLP and NN models .
