As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation through data-driven insights and analysis. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes and improve customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement machine learning models to drive business growth and improve customer experiences * Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions * Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to design and implement data pipelines and architectures * Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights and results to stakeholders * Work with business stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions to meet those needs * Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and data science and apply that knowledge to drive business outcomes **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field * At least 2 years of experience in a data science or related role, preferably in the tech industry * Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with experience working with AWS, Snowflake, Glimmer, and Scene * Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and results to non-technical stakeholders * Experience working with large datasets and developing data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights and results **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field * Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and services, such as AWS and Snowflake * Experience with data engineering and data architecture, including data pipelines and data warehousing * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau and Power BI * Experience working with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and results to non-technical stakeholders * Excellent programming skills in Python and SQL, with experience working with AWS, Snowflake, Glimmer, and Scene * Strong machine learning skills, including supervised and unsupervised learning * Experience working with large datasets and developing data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights and results * Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions to meet those needs **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
