Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with Examiners, Specialized Associates, and Business Leaders to develop an improvement guide based on business needs. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for interpreting business requirements into precise product specifications to direct development, leading solution design meetings, adjusting techniques to business drivers, challenges, and long-term objectives, and planning effective data pipelines to address business issues using specialized tools and retail frameworks. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and set vital vision and direction for the information science group, focused on Omni Channel examination across both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce platforms. Lead cross-functional teams, collaborating with Examiners, Specialized Associates, and Business Leaders to develop an improvement guide based on business needs. Interpret business requirements into precise product specifications to direct development. Lead solution design meetings, adjusting techniques to business drivers, challenges, and long-term objectives. Plan effective data pipelines to address business issues using specialized tools and retail frameworks. Set and execute Information Science group best practices and lead code audits for colleagues. Create convincing visuals, diagrams, and graphs that resonate with data, fitting them to various audiences. Utilize advanced analysis strategies (regression, AI, clustering) to drive significant insights. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Essential Qualifications 2+ years' experience creating Examination, Measurable, or AI models to extract insights and address business challenges, preferably in a retail setting. Capability in web analysis and visitor segmentation using data to drive informed decisions and improve online experiences. Lead small teams in quick and accurate data analysis, feature definition, and creative problem-solving for business challenges. Ability in working on complex issues, creating data-driven stories for direction. Cloud stage/tech capability. Aptitude in AI or machine learning methods. Ability in investigating and underlying driver analysis. Successful in fast-paced, changing conditions. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with different project management strategies (waterfall, agile, scrum). Proficient relational skills for effective team and individual communication. Capability in different data technology areas: Data pipelines and ETL tools (e.g., SQL, SSIS, Knime, Alteryx, Scene Prep) Database platforms including Snowflake and SQL Server Pre-processing languages (e.g., Snowscript, JavaScript, VBA, Python) Factual and Information Science languages (e.g., R, SAS, Python for Information Science) Usage of AI strategies. Experience with advanced analysis systems (e.g., regression analysis, clustering, statistical induction, theory testing, p-values, causal inference, Random Forest, Boosting, Support Vector Machines, Time Series).
