As a key member of our Experiences group, you'll work closely with stage, service, and functional design teams to provide data research and support. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Developing and implementing data instrumentation, dashboard/report building, and metrics surveys to inform business decisions * Collaborating with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and scaling examination strategies to meet business needs * Supporting the vision for business analytics, developing solutions for data-related business initiatives, and executing strategic plans * Providing expert-level data analysis and insights to inform business decisions, leveraging your expertise in data science, statistics, and communication **Key Responsibilities:** * Work with members of Stages and Services to direct them towards better decision-making from available data * Advance data and insights through managing communications with partners and other groups, collaborating with associates to complete data projects, and ensuring all parties can utilize the insights to further progress * Maintain a client-driven focus while being a domain and product expert through data, foster trust among peers, and ensure that groups and projects have access to data to decide * Oversee ambiguous issues and adapt tools to address complex questions * Recognize the trade-offs between speed and quality of various methodologies * Develop scientific systems to measure group performance by collaborating with groups to establish progress metrics, create ways to track the data and investigate errors, measure and assess the data to develop a common language for all partners to understand these metrics * Operationalize data cycles to provide partners with impromptu analysis, automated dashboards, and self-service reporting tools so everyone gets a clear understanding of the state of the business **Advantages:** * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental, vision, and disability protection * 401(k) plan with company match to support retirement savings * Flexible PTO and suburbanite advantages * Amazon employee discount * Monthly commitment and limits for health-related activities and projects (e.g., gym memberships, off-site massages) * Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served daily * Free bites and drinks **Essential Qualifications:** * 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing web business or high-speed, high-growth product or team * Master SQL skills and proficiency in Python/R * Experience using data to drive business results and inform strategic decisions * Familiarity with data analysis and communication, including time series analysis, experimentation, data visualization, and defining the KPI strategy for your business * Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to maintain relationships with stakeholders **Preferred Qualifications:** * Passion for web-based networks, games, and arenaflex * Experience in Functional Excellence, defining metrics, and analysis reporting * Experience working with software development and functional event data * Experience with AI techniques, such as regression, decision trees, and neural networks **About arenaflex:** arenaflex is a multinational e-commerce organization based in Seattle, Washington, USA.
