Our commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction has earned us a reputation as a leader in the industry. **Job Responsibilities** As a Senior Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Building and deploying complex machine learning models using technical expertise in data science, predictive analytics, and data engineering. * Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and innovation. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, research, software development, and business leaders to define product requirements and provide analytical support. * Communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders and customers. * Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and cloud computing to drive innovation and improvement. * Working with large-scale, complex datasets to create and optimize machine learning models, predictive forecasting, and optimization models. * Developing and deploying algorithms using choice trees, regression, XGBoost, K means, and anomaly detection. * Utilizing cloud computing on Azure/Databricks, querying in Snowflake, and working with software tools and methodologies such as GitHub, Continuous Integration and Delivery, and Agile Methodologies. * Designing and implementing A/B experiments to drive business growth and improvement. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field. * Minimum of 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field. * Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as a Master's or Ph.D. in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field. * At least 4 years of experience working with large-scale, complex datasets to create and optimize machine learning models, predictive forecasting, and optimization models. * Advanced experience in SQL, Python, PySpark, or other programming languages. * Experience with supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques, including linear and logistic regression, time series modeling, generalized linear models, choice trees, and support vector machines. * Experience with cloud computing, including Azure/Databricks, Snowflake, and cloud data stores. * Experience with data pipelines, data engineering, and data architecture. * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. **Preferred Qualifications** * Ph.D. in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field. * Experience working with IoT and Edge AI. * Experience in reinforcement learning. * Experience in healthcare or a related field. **Benefits** * Competitive salary and bonus structure. * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance. * Retirement savings plan, including 401(k) matching. * Employee stock purchase plan. * Paid time off (PTO) and holidays. * Paid parental leave. * Transportation benefit plan. * Employee store discount. * Voluntary life and personal accident insurance. **Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and growth.
