Our mission is to make life easier for millions of people around the world, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to help us achieve it. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Full Stack Developer – IAM Integration Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. You'll work closely with our international-class software and platform teams to develop scalable, nimble solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes within our IAM system * Collaborate with our software and platform teams to develop scalable, nimble solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business * Implement SailPoint integration with robust IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance of data * Implement JML events, custom/ OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements * Develop expertise in WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding * Troubleshoot and manage IAM solution installation in a business environment * Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in IAM, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and federation **What You'll Convey** * Strong exposure to general identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and federation * Strong experience with exchange deployment/ release management * Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other relevant technologies * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * A passion for innovation, security, and scalability **About Our Team** Our team is dedicated to keeping a secure operating environment and protecting the trust of our customers, partners, and stakeholders.
