Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Home Care Registered Nurse to join our team. Responsibilities As a Full Stack Home Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for: Ensuring care center compliance with all regulations, laws, policies, and procedures Educating staff members about state, federal, and accreditation requirements Ensuring accurate billing of services to the proper payor source Directing weekly business development and management team meetings to promote home care services Providing input, guidance, and feedback on marketing activities and agency marketing plans Assigning and directing staff with appropriate skills to perform duties Coaching, directing, and encouraging staff through formal and informal means Analyzing work processes and making suggestions for improvement Responsible for care center financial and clinical performance and delivery of key metrics within the established budget Responsible for employment decisions for direct report staff, including decisions to hire, fire, advance, promote or change status Monitors and evaluates employee performance Performs other related duties as assigned Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Bachelor's degree in business or clinical-related field Three years of experience in leadership/management in healthcare, home health, or hospice OR five years of experience in leadership/management in healthcare, home health, or hospice in lieu of a degree Current, unencumbered license to practice as a registered nurse or other healthcare professional specific to the state you are assigned to work Master's degree in business or clinical-related field and licensed clinical professional (preferred) Experience in home health (preferred) Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need: Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Amedisys, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
