Job Summary We're looking for an experienced Full Stack Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at blithequark. As a Key Information Researcher, you'll work closely with internal partners to deliver elite visitor experiences with interactive and data systems across blithequark Encounters (DX). You'll report to Attractions Functional Technology and play a key role in driving the creation, implementation, and support of data analysis and ML models for our attractions. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement ML strategies, identify areas where business problems can be solved creatively by applying ML, and drive innovation in AI solutions. Lead and collaborate with various stakeholders and data researchers to implement and scale ML solutions that create magical experiences for our visitors. Drive research, concept validation, technology investment, and client interactions that lead to the development of top-tier AI platforms. Manage operational support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the team. Develop standard methods used in daily operations and work with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space. Productionize ML algorithms in predictive analysis, classification, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, etc., and evaluate their performance on real datasets. Collaborate with various teams to achieve goals in improving framework performance, coordinate with existing software practices, and ensure effective code quality. Essential Qualifications and Skills 2+ years of mastery in Python and predictive modeling experiences, such as TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, etc. 2+ years of expert-level experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP. Proficient in SDLC, QA cycles, and Object-Oriented Programming Design Patterns. Expert-level experience in structured and unstructured data (i.e., images, video, text, etc.) and SQL relational and non-relational databases. 2+ years of experience with Windstream or another data workflow management tool. Experience with version control software, such as GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and expected outcomes. Strong system integration architecture skills, capable of transforming new tech into business solutions. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Docker. Experience with control frameworks. Experience with Kubernetes. Experience with cloud solutions in GCP or another cloud platform. Experience with Atlassian Instruments like Jira and Confluence. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous development. Experience with data visualization and data monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau). Experience with sound analysis. Experience with text analysis. Education Bachelor of Science in Data Science, Statistics, Programming, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar technical foundation. Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Programming, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar technical foundation is a plus.
