Our USCS team is focused on making enrollment an upper hand and helping each other become better leaders every day. **The Role** As a Senior Analyst in our Advanced and Direct Client Development Group, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through client-driven strategies across various marketing channels, including Website, Paid, MYCA, Email, and Regular mail marketing web and mobile channels. You will work closely with our team to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that drive business results and enhance the customer experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the development of strategic pitches, updates, independent valuable cards, as well as lending and banking products across Client Site in collaboration with leaders and partners. * Daily management of site channel for the buyer card portfolio to achieve acquisition goals across products. * Proactively identify opportunities for growth; work with partners to focus on and build feature enhancements to enable better customer experiences and increase key engagement metrics. * Collaborate with analysis to understand channel performance, translate data into insights, and enhance accordingly. * Support the development of the channel strategy, monthly reporting/discussion, and monthly re-forecasting process. * Other responsibilities as assigned by the team lead. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. * 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a customer-facing role. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into insights and drive business results. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on driving results. * Strong logical ability, with the experience to make recommendations and drive effective execution. **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. * 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a customer-facing role. * Experience with marketing automation tools and data analysis software. * Strong knowledge of marketing channels, including Website, Paid, MYCA, Email, and Regular mail marketing web and mobile channels. * Experience with data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to translate data into insights and drive business results. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into insights and drive business results. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on driving results. * Strong logical ability, with the experience to make recommendations and drive effective execution. * Ability to succeed in a high-speed, dynamic group climate, which puts a top priority on driving outcomes. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** arenaflex is committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
