As a key member of the Consumer Insight, Measurement & Analytics (CIMA) team within arenaflex Parks, Experiences and Products, you will play a crucial part in driving business outcomes through actionable data analytics, integration, and insights. Our Consumer Insight, Measurement & Analytics (CIMA) team is a hub of analytical expertise, dedicated to providing actionable insights that drive business decisions. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for: ### Performance Analytics and Forecasting * Conduct forecasting, advert hoc modeling, and deep-dive evaluation to inform business decisions * Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas that require further research, and conduct analyses from start to finish * Build reports and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data * Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners * Create, maintain, audit, and continuously optimize reports and documents used to support various programs * Execute programs critical to the business operation under strict timelines ### Measurement and Analytics * Leverage multiple reporting tools and databases (Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, Excel, etc.) to conduct analyses and build/maintain reports * Monitor data quality and document accuracy; improve if needed * Collaborate with team members, leaders, and business partners to respond to summary business questions with sound quantitative analyses and reproducible results * Apply advanced analytical techniques to test hypotheses and extract actionable insights * Stay up-to-date with today's data science trends and share knowledge and best practices with team members **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role * Familiarity with forecasting, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques * Proactive interest in understanding the "Why" behind performance, decisions, etc. * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time * Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual) * Desire to excel in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous business environment * Experience with SQL and R or Python **Nice-to-Haves:** * Solid knowledge of statistical inference and proven experience in applying statistical rigor to analyses * Knowledge of data visualization best practices and experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI * Excellent SQL skills and fluency in R or Python * Ability to quickly adapt and learn new tools and skills * Ability to maintain and develop relationships with partners/clients/team members * Graduate degree and/or 4+ years of relevant experience in analytics or data science **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary range: $25-40/hour * Opportunity to work with a global leader in entertainment and media * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and analytical individual with a passion for data insights and analytics, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
