You will work closely with our pharmacy team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible care and support. This is a full-time position, working 8 hours a day, with a competitive hourly rate of $25. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers and offering assistance with products and services * Process prescriptions, including registering deals, collecting cash, and disseminating change as mentioned * Maintain accurate records, including patient and medication data, and cycle remedies * Work closely with our pharmacy team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible care and support * Perform administrative tasks, including processing voids, returns, delays, discounts, and trades * Take on web order responsibilities, including screening orders and processing requests * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including counters and retail areas * Perform other duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Director, Staff Pharmacist, and Senior Supervisor **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Basic computer skills and knowledge of pharmacy software **Preferred Qualifications** * 6 months of experience in a retail environment * Previous experience working with Walgreens * Strong numerical skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions * Knowledge of store stock control and inventory management * PTCB certification **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations * Basic computer skills and knowledge of pharmacy software * Strong numerical skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions * Knowledge of store stock control and inventory management * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
