You'll be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business outcomes. If you're a seasoned data professional with a passion for innovation and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and coach a team of data analysts and engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to drive business outcomes * Develop and implement data-driven solutions, including data modeling, reporting, and analytics * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, business analysts, and IT professionals, to drive business growth and innovation * Develop and maintain data quality principles and best practices, ensuring data integrity and accuracy * Evaluate and recommend data analysis and reporting tools to address business needs * Collaborate with development teams to design and implement data-driven solutions, including data warehousing and business intelligence * Develop and maintain documentation for data analysis processes, reporting designs, and data models * Screen the performance of data analysis and reporting systems, providing technical guidance to drive security and scalability * Carry out measures to streamline execution and investigate issues * Provide critical insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decision-making at the organizational level * Recommend infrastructure upgrades to support business growth and advancing technology needs * Utilize arenaflex's cloud services, including Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Azure Databricks, Azure Event Hub, Azure Cosmos DB, and Delta Lake, to improve and accelerate the delivery of our data products and services * Develop and implement large data and NoSQL solutions, creating adaptable data processing stages to drive high-value insights to the organization **Requirements** * Demonstrated experience with at least 15+ years of active involvement in data analysis and reporting roles * 5+ years' experience in leadership or senior roles, demonstrating the ability to effectively guide and lead a team * 5+ years' experience working with cloud technologies, including ADLS, Azure Databricks, Azure Cosmos DB, and other big data innovations * Proven expertise in data analysis tools, languages, ML, and frameworks (e.g., Conos, PowerBI, SQL, Python, R) * Capability in data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools, to effectively communicate insights * Demonstrated ability in working with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, to design and implement adaptable and efficient data analysis solutions * In-depth understanding and practical application of Lakehouse design standards, combining the best of data lakes and data warehouses for powerful and adaptable data management * High-level SQL skills.
