**Experienced Full Stack Product Manager – Conversational AI and Live Chat Support**

We're looking for a product manager who can help us take our conversational AI capabilities to the next level. **Job Responsibilities** As a product manager on our conversational AI team, you'll be responsible for leading the development and execution of our live chat support capabilities. This will involve working closely with our engineering, data science, and business teams to design and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include: * Leading the development and implementation of our conversational AI platform, including the design and testing of chatbots and other AI-powered tools * Collaborating with our engineering team to develop and refine our chatbot capabilities, including natural language processing and machine learning algorithms * Working with our data science team to analyze customer data and develop insights that inform our product development * Defining and prioritizing product requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications * Developing and maintaining product roadmaps, including identifying and prioritizing new features and enhancements * Collaborating with our business teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for our conversational AI products * Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and inform product development * Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong background in product management, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support. You'll also need to have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
