We are seeking an experienced and talented Product Manager to join our Computerization Development team, focused on the development, discovery, and execution of advanced chat automation capabilities. **Job Summary** We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager to lead the acquisition and integration of continuous product discovery efforts and define product requirements that drive opportunities to elevate the customer experience. As a key member of our Computerization Development team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Information Researchers, Specialists, and business partners, to shape our conversational AI client upgrading products.
