Job Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of the Client Investigation Center item procedure, focusing on building high-quality and straightforward entry points for internal buyers of client research and insights. As a key member of our team, you will define and communicate a clear methodology, prioritization, and timelines for the Client Investigation Center, ensuring that tools are constructed and scaled to meet the security and reliability needs of internal teams analyzing customer data and behavior. Key Responsibilities Drive the development and execution of the Client Investigation Center item procedure to enhance the quality and accessibility of client research and insights for internal stakeholders. Define and communicate a clear methodology, prioritization, and timelines for the Client Investigation Center, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Ensure that tools are constructed and scaled to meet the security and reliability needs of internal teams analyzing customer data and behavior, with a strong emphasis on data protection and customer privacy. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and internal adoption of the Client Insightful Center, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital behavior, customer analytics, data security, and privacy, recognizing potential opportunities for product innovation and differentiation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Designing, arenaflex Interface, Data Adventures, arenaflex+, and Marketing, to deliver high-quality customer analytics solutions with a strong focus on data security and customer privacy. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in product management. Alternatively, 9 years of experience in product management or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality products and solutions. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly valued: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably managing consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products. Experience in creating inclusive digital experiences, with knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. Familiarity with accessibility best practices and a commitment to creating open products and services that adhere to arenaflex's accessibility guidelines and policies, supporting a culture of inclusivity and diversity.
