As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving the growth and success of our customer analytics and experience initiatives. This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity that offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth and development. **Key Responsibilities** * Drive the development and execution of the Client Insightful Center product strategy, focusing on customer analytics and experience initiatives * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Designing, Walmart Interface, Information Adventures, Walmart+, and Showcasing, to deliver high-quality customer analytics solutions that prioritize data security and customer protection * Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and drive business growth * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and protection, identifying opportunities for product innovation and differentiation * Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet customer expectations * Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors to ensure successful product delivery * Collaborate with the product team to develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Designing, or related field * 7 years' experience in product management, with a focus on customer-facing, large-scale, complex B2B/C products * Proven track record of driving business growth and success through product innovation and customer analytics * Strong understanding of customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and protection * Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and maintain KPIs and metrics * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and partners **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Software Engineering, Designing, Business Organization, or related field * 9 years' experience in product management, with a focus on customer-facing, large-scale, complex B2B/C products * Experience working with Web Content Openness Rules (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and inclusive design principles * Strong understanding of accessibility best practices and commitment to creating inclusive products and services * Experience working with data analytics tools and technologies, with a focus on customer analytics and experience **Skills and Competencies** * Strong product management skills, with a focus on customer analytics and experience * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and maintain KPIs and metrics * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and partners * Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations * Strong understanding of customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and protection * Experience working with data analytics tools and technologies, with a focus on customer analytics and experience * Strong understanding of accessibility best practices and commitment to creating inclusive products and services **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
