As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for utilizing data to create, present, and make proposals for novel ideas and activities, as well as performing basic analysis to alleviate the risk of nonconformance through process improvements. These enhancements will support arenaflex's objectives, including maintaining low costs, modernizing operations, and improving compliance, thereby providing a competitive advantage. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform and assist others in the Quality Control group in timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components. * Assist in creating and presenting results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders. * Assist in examining ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging support issues and provide insightful answers to enable Senior Leaders to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibilities. * Present insights, patterns, and potential proposals by utilizing data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding. * Assist in creating and disseminating specific queries to pull and organize data from various sources, outlining the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements. * Recognize irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and convey findings to the Group. * Assess the effectiveness of processes and procedures by observing for patterns and errors. * Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision. * May perform other work responsibilities as directed by Group Leader. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science. * 2+ years of experience in data analysis, quality control, or a related field. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets with precision and accuracy. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively listen, understand, and convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Strong business acumen, with the ability to review business issues, identify opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Familiarity with data visualization tools and technologies, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx. **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science. * 3+ years of experience in data analysis, quality control, or a related field. * Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx. * Familiarity with programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL. * Experience with data mining and machine learning techniques. * Strong understanding of data governance and compliance regulations. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets with precision and accuracy. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively listen, understand, and convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Strong business acumen, with the ability to review business issues, identify opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Familiarity with data visualization tools and technologies, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx. * Strong understanding of data governance and compliance regulations. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication. * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and address errors and inconsistencies. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** arenaflex offers a range of career growth opportunities and learning benefits, including: * Professional development programs, including training and certification in data analysis, quality control, and related fields. * Mentorship and coaching from experienced professionals in the field. * Opportunities for advancement and career growth within the organization. * Access to cutting-edge technologies and tools, including data visualization software and programming languages. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and communication. **Work Environment and Company Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment, with a strong focus on employee well-being and satisfaction.
