As a Remote Customer Service Manager, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of travel. **Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Service Manager, you'll be responsible for: Key Responsibilities Exemplify our Core Values and Mission Statement to live out our culture Foster teamwork by collaborating with and helping teammates with a positive and professional attitude Surprise and delight each client by innovating ways to exceed their expectations Respond to client requests and questions in a timely and professional manner Apply for payments and send out payment reminders to ensure seamless transactions Manage flight changes and seat assignments to ensure customer satisfaction Concierge-related details for clients, such as spa, touring, and dinner reservations Correspond with clients on preferences, assist with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notify hotels of client preferences no later than 1 week before departure Prepare client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copy, no later than 3 weeks before departure Assist with distributing information to and coordinating internal and/or team needs as required Update daily activity, reporting, and status in cloud-based CRM to ensure accurate records Set schedules and manage time effectively and efficiently to meet customer needs Manage client profiles and bookings to ensure seamless transactions Serve as backup travel support/main point of contact as needed in case of emergencies, which can occur outside of normal office hours Continuously grow in savvy and proficiency to implement tools that heighten our remote workplace culture **Criteria for Success** To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Manager, you'll need to possess: Essential Qualifications Be a driven self-starter with a positive attitude, proactive, and trustworthy Attributes of flexibility, creativity, self-discipline, strong organizational skills, and action-oriented are essential for this role Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members Be a team player who is willing and able to "roll up your sleeves" to complete a project Have a high degree of autonomy with the capability of working remotely **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: Experience in customer service, travel, or a related industry Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience with cloud-based CRM systems **What We Offer** As a Remote Customer Service Manager at blithequark, you'll enjoy: Compensation and Benefits A competitive salary and benefits package The opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals A dynamic and supportive work environment Professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and career A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance A 401(k) retirement plan with company match Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a positive impact on our customers' lives.
