As an Office Associate, you will provide administrative support to remote teams, coordinate virtual events, and maintain accurate records. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to remote teams, including data entry, file management, and scheduling meetings. Email Correspondence: Assist with email correspondence, respond to inquiries, and forward messages to the appropriate departments. Virtual Event Coordination: Coordinate virtual events, webinars, and conferences by managing invitations, RSVPs, and technical setup.
