About the Role We are seeking an experienced Full Stack SDR to join our team in a remote opportunity with flexible hours. As a Sales Development Representative at Franchain, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by reaching out to potential business clients and introducing our fintech platform to businesses without prior request. You will leverage your sales and business development skills to foster new relationships, manage and maintain client relationships through effective use of CRM tools, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve better results. Responsibilities Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce Franchain's fintech solutions. Manage and maintain client relationships through effective use of CRM tools. Understand client needs and offer solutions and support to meet those needs. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve better results. Regularly meet and exceed sales quotas and targets. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 0 years of experience in sales, fintech or B2B sectors is a bonus. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills and active listening abilities. Coachable with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. A computer and reliable internet connection.
