If you share our passion for making air travel a love affair, we want to hear from you! **Job Synopsis** As a Full Stack Sales Manager at blithequark, you'll be a well-informed authority for corporate travel management organizations. You'll practice significant judgment to make decisions that drive steady revenue, utilizing parts of our organization and corporate client associations. You'll be responsible for building key business relationships with TMC (Travel Management Company) accounts focused on business travel valuable learning experiences for blithequark. **Key Responsibilities** * Act as an informed authority for TMC business for blithequark, utilizing your expertise to drive revenue growth and develop strong relationships with clients. * Build key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel valuable learning experiences for blithequark. * With minimal guidance from authority, practice extensive judgment to manage the pricing, cost analysis, and negotiations of all TMC agreements with the goal of achieving the highest share of the market and yield possible in individual commercial centers. * Collaborate with legal and risk management groups to develop contract-official arrangements. * Analyze revenue, limits, and agreement execution to ensure objective consistency and profitability. * Build key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel learning experiences for blithequark. * Develop marketing-related initiatives to assist with driving sales efforts, planning closely with marketing and business development groups. * Manage the setup of TMC organization accounts through sales calls, planning arrangements, and coordination with pricing. * Plan business development and lead advancement of other organization accounts through collaboration with revenue management group to ensure exceptional entries are documented as needed and drive expected revenue per the details of the agreement. * Monitor reporting and metrics to identify trends and develop a strategy to ensure the organization is positioned suitably in the market. * Monitor revenue, commissions, and agreement execution to ensure maximum incomes and sales objectives are achieved. * Successfully manage and allocate time and resources, boosting revenue opportunities at the most cost-effective rate for blithequark. * Prepare and execute local sales plan according to corporate sales targets and ensure blithequark is strategically positioned among its competitors and utilizes its position in the market. **Work Experience, Education, and Skills** * Required: + 2 years of experience in outside sales, with a focus in the retail service climate or related field. + Four-year degree, or two additional years of relevant preparation/experience in lieu of this degree. + Capability with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). + High school diploma or equivalent. + Must be eligible to work in the U.S. * Preferred: + Earlier airline experience. + Earlier exposure to and utilization of travel industry data reporting sources like ARC and CRSS. + Capability with CRM tool Salesforce. + Strong relational skills, with the ability to drive results to the greatest advantage of the organization. + Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with different groups and workgroups. + Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to conflicts caused by competing needs. **Why Join blithequark?** * Competitive salary of $26/hour * Opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment * Collaborative and supportive team culture * Professional development and growth opportunities * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * Generous paid time off and holidays * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and ambitious sales professional looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you!
